And we'll be at the end of the phone or email if you have any questions or need guidance for as long as you need.

Puppy package

Using positive reinforcement & cooperative care techniques we will take the time to get your puppy used to the studio, equipment, and grooming process, whilst giving them a tidy up each time.

Please note, we groom pets not show dogs. Our aim is to give your dog a haircut that's super cute, and super practical. Dog park ready, not stage ready.
The comfort of your dog is our priority.
We will only ever have one dog at a time in studio (unless we are grooming two dogs from the same household).
We will not perform any grooming procedure that causes pain or a level of stress that we consider to be excessive.
We will never refuse a dog due to their breed. However, being a solo groomer, if your dog is uncooperative, and cannot be handled alone we will not be able to complete the groom.
