Hi, I'm Lorna
I’m the founder of Wellington Canine Bodywork and the creator of the Canine Health Hub.
As a fellow dog mum, I know how hard it is to watch your best friend slow down, struggle with pain, or face a difficult diagnosis. It’s overwhelming, and you just want to do the right thing for them.
That’s why I’ve made it my mission to give senior dog parents clear, compassionate support and practical tools that actually make a difference.
I’m trained in canine massage, exercise rehabilitation, canine conditioning, cold laser therapy, kinesiology taping, and grooming, and I’m currently studying canine osteopathy.
Over the years, I’ve supported dogs of every age and stage — playful puppies, golden oldies, IVDD warriors, hip dysplasia fighters, tripods, and even wheelchair heroes. But I’ve chosen to specialise in senior dogs, because they need us the most. As they age, their needs become more complex, their comfort more precious, and their care more important than ever. My mission is to help them move better, feel happier, and enjoy every moment of their golden years.
When I couldn’t find simple, affordable solutions to keep my own dogs healthy, I built the Canine Health Hub - so every dog owner could access the same kind of effective, down-to-earth care.
From hands-on therapies to fun exercises and everyday strength-building, I believe in making canine health easy, empowering, and tailored to your dog’s unique needs.
When I’m not helping dogs feel their best, I’m at home with my four, Nala, Meeko, Rio & Trout - plus a crew of rescue farm animals.
Life on my 20-acre block is filled with planting trees, growing veggies, and plenty of muddy paw prints.
